Widows vs Linux..!!

Hey Friends,
I'm sharing my knowledge about a Microsoft Windows operating system and Linux operating system. Comparing both operating systems to each other. I'm also telling you, "Which operating system is Useful." So, first of all, we can see in a market there are many operating systems like Windows, Linux, Unix, and MacOS. But, Windows OS is widely used and Linux users are much lesser than the Windows.
        Let's start it -
Widows vs Linux..!!

1. Microsoft Windows -

Microsoft Windows is a group of several graphical operating system families, all of which are developed, marketed and sold by Microsoft. Microsoft Windows used in many places Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Office, etc.
Ex. Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 98, etc.

Widows vs Linux..!!

Pros -
  • Large shareware and freeware library.
  • You won't have any problems finding support.
  • You won't have any trouble finding hardware and drivers.
  • More than 80% of the Desktop computers in the World run some sort of Windows operating system.
  • Most widely supported an operating system for games and it supports all games.

Con's -
  • Poor Security.
  • You are going to need support.
  • General instability due to the sheer number of possible configurations.
  • Limited access to the library of free open source software.
  • The most prone operating system for spyware and virus applications.

2. Linux -

Linux is a family of free and open-source software operating systems built around the Linux kernel. Typically, Linux is packaged in a form known as a Linux distribution for both desktop and server use. Linux is very useful for developers and regular use also.
Ex. Ubuntu Linux, Kali Linux, Fedora, Debian, Linux Mint, Arch Linux, etc.

Widows vs Linux..!!

Pros -
  • It is very easy to install and you don't need to install it all straight away. You can also try it off using a USB flash drive or CD and it works well.
  • It's free. You do not have to pay for it.
  • It is a very smart and powerful system.
  • There is a community for troubleshooting.
  • You can also use it inside windows, using the software.
  • It is known for being a more stable and secure system.
  • If you have a knowledge of developer then, you can modify software and create something Awesome.
Con's -
  • It isn't as user-friendly as Windows or as 'Straight out of the box.'
  • If you are a gamer, you will prefer Windows as most of the games aren't available but that's not to say you can't.
  • Drivers don't really exist, there will be workarounds but users have reported problems when trying to use certain hardware or old hardware.
  • It's probably better used as a dual boot rather than a Windows replacement due to the fact you can't get propriety programs on it and although they offer cousins, it won't be the same.

So, Which OS is better?

It's all depends upon your use. If you are using your PC only for multimedia then, go for Windows. You are interested in Games or you are gamer then, of course, go for Windows. But, you are a developer, coder then, obviously grab a Linux and choose the best distribution of Linux and work with Linux.

My opinion, "If you are not a gamer then, directly go to Linux. Because Linux is very easy to use and interesting. But, we think it's difficult. We are familiar with Windows, so we think Windows is easy to use. So, you should use Linux for a month then, you will fell in love with Linux. Linux is totally free of cost, we already have seen it in an article. And I think Linux is a feature. Because all android is based on Linux. We all are using Android Smartphones, T.V.'s, etc."

So, Finally, Windows is useful for Gamers and you are not playing or you are not a fan of Games. Then, my suggestion for you, "You should try a Linux."

Guys, Tell me in a comment section which Operating System you are using Now and Which OS is liked you....!! Bye ...!!!
