Here are some 18:9 Aspect ratio devices and some devices are coming with full-screen with a little pretty notch. Some devices corners are rounded but, MIUI 10 supports this rounded corners and gives you an awesome look.
Full-Screen Gestures :
That's the coolest feature ever. I'm very excited to use this feature. These full-screen gestures support only full-screen smartphones or 18:9 like aspect ratio smartphones. If your smartphone has a hardware back, home and the recent button then you can't get this feature. This gesture works very smooth. If you want to go back then, swipe from lift side or right side, If you want to go home screen then just swipe from downside and If you have to open recent apps list then, just swipe from the bottom and hold just 1 or 2 seconds. Notification Bar Redesigned :
Xiaomi once's again blurred the background of the notification bar in MIUI 10. This looks so cool. This time they remove all unnecessary UI elements and visual clutters from the notification shade. They said, "Notification shade is built for content". All tabs and icons have rounded corners.
Recent Menu Redesigned from Scratch :
This time recent menu is so different. I think this recent menu is one of the best recent menu form all skins. The recent menu is divided in two parts left and right side. This is specially designed for 18:9 aspect ratio displays. The recent menu is so straightforward. It's a totally new concept from Xiaomi.
Nature Sounds :
In MIUI 10 many nature sounds are added. We love to hear nature sounds. Xiaomi knows very well. Few peoples think the sound is the main key of UI design and Xiaomi does a great job. We always prefer to hear nature sounds after using the smartphone. We are hearing a nature sounds from 1000 years, but, yet we aren't tired from this. So, In MIUI 10 nature sounds are added for notification sound, consecutive notifications, and deleting an item.
Ambient Noises :
If you are setting a timer then, you can choose a specific sound with this timer and you can listen at the time of countdown. So, a timer is handy you aren't setting timer only for running.
